In the version of this article initially published, the ethical statement was described as “This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Toho University Medical Center Omori Hospital (M20248), and written informed consent was obtained from all patients before the study.” The correct ethical statement is “This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Toho University Medical Center Omori Hospital (M20248). Details of the study are available on the Institute’s website and consent was obtained on an opt-out basis.”
